Warranty

Lava Cookware is warranted for 2 (two) years from the date of purchase for defects in material and manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover

1. Faulty use of the product
2. Damages that might be caused by dropping and impact
3. Stains, discoloration or scratches in or on the product caused by use of the product.

The warranty covers the original purchaser of the product from Admao Inc. as verified by the purchase documents.

In the unlikely event that you need to exercise your warranty, please contact us at “Contact Us” page with your details and Order #.

Please send us the details of the defect

• how and when noticed;
• how the unit has been used and cared for to date;
• pictures of the defect

for us to get the evaluation of the manufacturer.

Upon positive assessment, we will arrange for the replacement of the item

• with the same item if we have it in stock;
• with a similar product of same value if we no longer carry that item;

We cannot guarantee the same colour of original purchase.
